Shipping Information
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and typically range from 7-15 business days for standard delivery. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:
The product must NOT have been delivered as an open-box delivery. Open-box delivered products are not eligible for return or replacement.
The product must be completely unused and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
Products showing any signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing components will not be accepted for return or replacement.
Mandatory Proof Requirements
To process any return or replacement request, you must provide the following proof:
Required Photos:
Clear photo of the product from the top angle
Clear photo of the product from the side angle
Required Video:
A complete unboxing video showing the product being opened from the sealed package
Important: Requests submitted without all required photos and video proof will not be accepted or processed. No exceptions will be made.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
Products delivered as open-box items
Products that have been used, worn, or installed
Products with damaged, missing, or incomplete packaging
Products with missing accessories or documentation
Products showing signs of tampering or modification
How to Request a Return or Replacement
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and all required proof (photos and video). Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Refunds or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with the required photo and video proof. We will prioritize your case and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
