Refund Policy
At Findflex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
The product must NOT have been delivered as an open-box item. Open-box deliveries are not eligible for refunds.
You must submit your refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must provide all required proof as outlined in our Shipping & Return Policy, including clear photos from top and side angles, and a complete unboxing video.
Refund Approval Process
Once we receive your refund request with all required documentation, our team will review it within 2 to 3 business days.
If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
After we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets all eligibility conditions. This inspection typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
If the product passes inspection, your refund will be approved and processed.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved after product inspection, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Products that have been used, worn, installed, or show any signs of use or tampering
Products with damaged, missing, or incomplete packaging
Products with missing accessories, tags, or documentation
Products delivered as open-box items
Refund requests submitted without the required photo and video proof
Products returned without prior approval from our customer support team
Refund requests made after the 7-day return window
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for products that are returned in less than perfect condition but still meet basic eligibility requirements. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis during the inspection process.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with the required proof. We will prioritize your case and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

We have a 8-day return policy, which means you have 8 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
